Fluent in Spanish, Will is able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and ensure that language barriers do not prevent them from receiving the legal representation they deserve. He is passionate about helping people and takes a personal interest in each case he takes on, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
When he's not in the office, Will enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, as well as competing in team roping events in Nevada, Utah, Arizona and Idaho. Will understands the importance of family and knows how devastating it can be when an injury disrupts your life. He is dedicated to working for his clients to help them recover physically, emotionally, and financially, so they can get back to living their lives to the fullest.
Trial Attorney
Before founding Mitchell Rogers Injury Law with Will, Scott was a partner at a highly respected national law firm, and one of the primary trial lawyers at the firm's Las Vegas office. In this capacity, Scott litigated hundreds of cases for various Fortune 500 companies, many of which involved claims for millions of dollars. In addition to representing Fortune 500 companies, Scott has represented small businesses, individuals involved in personal injury cases, and workers who were injured on the job.
Scott is a litigator and trial lawyer first and foremost, and he has built a reputation as a tireless and highly successful advocate. Scott had his first jury trial in law school, as a Supreme Court Certified law student, achieving a not guilty verdict as the primary trial attorney for a Guatemalan immigrant charged with a crime he didn't commit. In injury cases, Scott prides himself on understanding the medical issues at the heart of these cases, having deposed and cross-examined highly trained medical doctors and experts well over one hundred times. While Scott has represented small businesses and individuals facing a variety of issues, including breach of contract, collections, immigration and criminal charges, Scott's real passion is litigating injury cases.
As a law student, Scott used his fluency in Spanish to teach Spanish-speakers about their legal rights, help them prepare for their citizenship test, and interpret for lawyers and their Spanish-speaking clients. As a result of this service, Scott became the Chair of his law school's Pro Bono Executive Board. Scott spends whatever free time he has with his wife Trish and their children. Scott also loves traveling and experiencing different cultures, having spent two years in Chile as a missionary, and two months in Argentina as a clerk at the Buenos Aires office of a multinational law firm. Fortune 500 companies have entrusted Scott to take cases to trial where they stood to lose millions of dollars, and he is very familiar with the defenses large corporations make to avoid losing money. Let Scott show you the difference his skill, experience, and work ethic can make in your case.
